All woolen mills and that factories of Bielitz, Polish Silesia, are being systematically expropriated by the Nazi authorities, it is reported.
The Warschauer Zeitung publishes an official announcement, signed by the Nazi receiver of 12 woolen mills and two hat factories, ordering the debtors and creditors of these concerns to file immediately all claims and debts in connection with past dealings with the companies. Of the 14 companies listed, 13 are former Jewish concerns and one is English.
Krakow Street, the main shopping center of Lublin, has been “cleansed” of all Jewish stores, according to the Warschauer Zeitung.
