Many Jewish families are preparing to leave Turkey to take residence abroad, finding their existence endangered by the new Turkish law which prohibits foreigners from engaging in most of the trades, it was learned today.
This action is contemplated despite today’s action of the Turkish Parliament which extended the six month period permitted for the liquidation of the business holdings of foreigners to one year.
