Albert Greenstone, fraternity executive secretary, announced that the fraternity, currently celebrating its 60th anniversary, had set up a $600,000 Student Loan Fund, available both to members and to immediate families of members. Under-graduate students will be able to borrow up to $1,000 a year and graduate students $2,000 per year to a total of $4,000 to complete his or her education.
