A proposal that a special study be undertaken on discrimination against minority groups was made here today by Jewish organizations attending the current meeting of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization.
The proposal was made by representatives of the Consultative Council of Jewish Organizations. According to the proponents of the new study, such a world wide survey would complements other studies already undertaken for UNESCO by non-governmental organizations having consultative status in UNESCO.
