Jewish ideals are world peace, brotherhood and justice, Professor Albert Einstein told the third congress of the world Union of Jewish Youth which recently closed here. Dr. Einstein, whose message was delivered through the general secretary of the Union, expressed the hope that the youth conference would pave the way towards these ideals.
The conference, which was held in the Hall of the Geneva University, was presided over by M. A. Palliere. The speakers were the rabbi of Geneva, Dr. Balizer, representatives of the canton government and of the Geneva municipality, M. Popovitch of the League of Nations and Dr. Victor Jacobson of the Zionist Organization. The conference discussed various tendencies of the Jewish youth, anti-Semitism, national education and religious problems.
