Dr. Nathan Feinberg, Lecturer at Geneva University, has delivered a number of lectures at The Hague Academy of International Law by invitation.
Dr. Feinberg, whose subject was “The Petition in International Law,” dealt with the procedure in regard to petitions in mandates and minorities questions.
The lectures will be published in the Transactions of the Academy.
Dr. Feinberg practised law in Palestine for several years before he was called to Geneva. He is the author of a number of works, including “The Minorities Question at the Peace Conference of 1919-20, and the Jewish Action in Favor of the International Protection of Minorities,” “The Jurisdiction of the Permanent Court of International Justice in the Mandates System,” and “The Jurisdiction of the Permanent Court of International Justice in the System of the International Protection of Minorities.”
