The Jewish Labor Committee today cabled to Constantine Petrescu, Social-Democratic member of the Rumanian Cabinet, expressing the concern of organized Jewish labor in America at the passive attitude of the Social Democratic Party in Rumania towards the restoration of full rights to Rumanian Jews. It urged that “everything possible be done to rescue the Jews in Rumania from annihilation.”
