Paul Wechselman, a Jewish lawyer, who, during a gay New Year’s party in a cafe here, shot to death the anti-Semite Kirstein, who had threatened to kill him, was sentenced today to two years imprisonment.
In handing down the sentence, the Court stated that the accused, Wechselman, “overstepped the limit of self-defense.”
