Jose Maduro, a prominent Jewish banker, died here at the age of 71. He served as consul here for the governments of Sweden and Guatemala, Mr. Maduro was the founder 12 years ago of the world-famous midget town known as Madurodam in The Hague in commemoration of his son, George, who was killed in 1940 in Holland during the Nazi invasion.
