Some 200 guests attending a Chanukah party given by the Israel Embassy in Moscow yesterday included 40 Jewish religious leaders and a number of Jewish artists and scientists, it was reported here today. Among the diplomats present were representatives of the Chinese and North Vietnam embassies. Other guests included several Soviet journalists and writers.
