The first issue of “Jewish Mail,” a weekly English-Jewish publication, made its appearance here this week under the editorship of M.J. Nurenberger. Announcing its policy, the publication says: “We do not pretend to be impartial, but we do proclaim our independence.” The largest part of the material in the first issue is devoted to news and articles about Israel.
