Dublin Lord Mayor Robert Briscoe has accepted the invitation of New York Mayor Robert F. Wagner to visit New York and review the St. Patrick’s Day parade next March 17, it was reported here today. Mayor Briscoe, the first Jew in the history of Dublin to hold that post, also announced that he would make an earlier trip to the United States this Fall.
