More than 2,000 persons attended the celebration here of the 25th anniversary of the “Yiddishe Presse,” a Jewish newspaper published in Brazil. The speakers emphasized the role which the paper plays in the communal life of the 120,000 Jews of Brazil. Greetings were received from Jewish personalities and organizations from all parts of the world.
