Jewish members of government advisory committees were requested today to resign from their posts in accordance with the policy of non-cooperation with the Palestine Government adopted by the Jewish National Council of Palestine. The request was made in the form of a letter addressed to each of the Jewish officials.
The non-cooperation program is now being carried out under the direction of a special committee consisting of representatives of the Council and Jewish municipalities and town councils. Another committee is now engaged in preparing plans for the launching of the $400,000 drive for the continuation of Jewish immigration into the country.
