Two mobile dental clinics for use by the Canadian Dental Corps in active service were presented to the Red Cross here this week by two Jewish organizations. One was the gift of the Jewish Workmen’ Circle, a fraternal order, and the other came from the Linnitser Society. The ambulances were received by Dr. Fred Konboy, mayor of Toronto, and by C. F. Plewnan, secretary of the Ontario Red Cross.

In presenting the clinics, the representatives of the Jewish organizations pointed out that the gifts are an expression of Jewish belief in the ultimate victory of the Allied armies. Over 1,500 guests were present at the ceremony including representatives of the Canadian forces.
