The few Jewish families left in Oran, it was reported, plan to stay on, unless the political situation there deteriorates seriously.
The Jewish refugees from Oran who are now in France plan to hold a national conference here next Sunday, convened by the newly-formed Paris Association of Oran Jews. Religious services are scheduled to be held during the conference, with Parisian and Oranian rabbis officiating.
