The National Conference on Soviet Jewry confirmed this afternoon an earlier report that 30 Jews, most of them youths, were arrested in front of the Lebanese legation by Moscow police as they were protesting the Arab terrorist violence in Munich. Among those arrested were Esther and David Markish. The group had planned to submit a letter protesting the terrorist action to the Lebanese legation.
