Public relations men and women in the Jewish social agency field have established a national professional association, according to an announcement here today. Irving Dickman of the Joint Distribution Committee, has been named president of the Jewish Public Relations Association; and Bernard Postal, of the National Jewish Welfare Board has been chosen vice-president. Other officers are Dorothy Milestone of the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion; Edith Brodsky, of the American Jewish Congress; and Anna Kaufman, New York Association for New Americans.
