Dr. Louis Cohen, Jewish radio expert, sails today on the Europa en route to Leningrad to take up a post as consultant in the radio industry of the Soviet Government.
Dr. Cohen will remain in Russia for one year. He is widely known as an inventor, radio theorist and author. He has served as radio scientist of the United States government.
While in Russia, Dr. Cohen will personally direct the activities of the Veso Laboratories, the weak current and telegraphic laboratories, and will lecture before Soviet radio engineers.
