Eduardo Wilner, a young Brazilian-born nuclear scientist, was invited by the Atomic Institute of Sao Paulo to participate in the mounting of the first atomic reactor in Brazil. Dr. Wilner, born in the Brazilian town of Curitiba, is the son of a poor Jewish immigrant family.
