The Faraday centenary celebrations which will be held in London next month, on the occasion of the centenary of Michael Faraday, who discovered electro-magnetic induction, which marked the starting-point of the utilisation of electric power, will be attended by some of the leading scientists of the world, among them several important Jewish authorities, including Professor Charles S. Myers, Dr. Robert Mond, Mr. Emile S. Mond, Professor L. S. Ornstein, of the University of Utrecht and of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Professor H. Abraham of Paris University, Professor J. L. Simonsen, former Chief Rabbi of Copenhagen, Professor F. Schlesinger of Yale University, and Professor Richard Seligman.
