Jewish Sculptor’s Bust of South African Premier to Be Presented to State

Moses Kottler’s bust of General Hertzog, which was sent to England to be cast in bronze, has arrived in Capetown. The work is intended for presentation to the Prime Minister, and a committee, formed at the suggestion of Senator Brebner, is raising funds for its purchase. The bust is ultimately to become the property of the State. The date of the presentation to General Hertzog has not yet been fixed.
