The title of “Veteran of the Social Revolution” was conferred upon the Jewish Socialist Israelson today. Together with that title he was granted a pension, by the Soviet Government, for life.
Mr. Israelson, who is now 60 years of age, has been active in the Socialist movement for the last 40 years. During that period he has many times imprisoned by the Czar’s Government, and in 1904 he was exiled to Siberia.
