Lespesianu, the Jewish student who was arrested here because he shot in self-defense, was released on bail pending trial. Presentations were made in his behalf by Dr. William Filderman, president of the Union of Roumanian Jews.
Lespesianu fired his revolver when he was attacked by Roumanian students.
