A majority of the Jewish students of the University of Washington, who participated in an all-University forum which met at Sigma Alpha Mufrternity house, expressed the opinion “Seek contacts with the Gentiles”. Ninety Jewish university students entered into the two-hour discussion.
The forum, which was presided over by Charles Horowitz, Rhodes scholar and Seattle attorney, discussed the question, “Should the Jewish University Student Seek Gentile Contacts?” The all-University forum movement was begun last year on the campus by Sigma Alpha Mufrternity.
