Because of the increasing number of Jewish students at the University of Pennsylvania, the United Synagogues of America, will provide a student house for them. A building has been rented near the University and is being remodeled for use at the opening of school this month.
Aside from the rooms to be used by guests the building will contain a library and several meeting rooms for organizations already existing. Various social features will be offered throughout the year under the direction of the United Synagogues of America.
