Isaac Ben Zvi, president of the Jewish National Council of Jerusalem who is now on a visit in the United States, was honored yesterday by the Jewish Theological Seminary at a formal reception at which he was presented with a diploma of Doctor of Hebrew Letters awarded to him in absentia last year.
