A demonstration of unemployed Jewish workers took place here yesterday in front of the Jewish community building.
When the board was scheduled to hold its meeting, eight thousand Jewish workers who are without employment gathered before the building, shouting. “Give us bread.”
Dr. Alfred Klee and Herr Linderrung, who appeared before the demonstrators, promised, on behalf of the communal board to grant immediate relief in emergency cases.
