THE RECORD OF THE JEWS IN WAR AND PEACE WAS PRAISED BY BRIG. GEN. FRANK T. HINES, NATIONAL ADMINISTRATOR OF VETERANS AFFAIRS, ADDRESSING THE CONVENTION DINNER SATURDAY NIGHT.
