The second group of Jewish welfare workers to be attached to UNRRA has arrived here from Palestine. It consists of sixteen persons.

Two of them will remain in Milan to aid Jewish refugees passing through the city. The remainder will be assigned to the camps for displaced Jews.

Acting on complaints of displaced Jews, the UNRRA administration in Italy, following an investigation, decided to dismiss the British administrator of the camp for displaced Jews at Turin-Gruliaska, ex-Captain Lancaster, Jewish loaders demanded that Capt. Lancaster be tried, charging him with anti-Jewish actions.
