A Jewish youth who flung an Irgun leaflet bomb into a public square in Padua yesterday has been arrested, it was reported today. At the same time, he Irgun sent a letter to the local press denying responsibility for a telephone call this week warning that an Allied military office would be blown up. It charged that the call was a “British prevocation.”
