An expanded range of cultural programming for Jewish youths in the United States was one of the goals set by the executive committee of the National Jewish Youth Conference at a week-end meeting here. The conference, which is sponsored by the Jewish Welfare Board, was attended by delegates from all sections of the country.
The delegates also named committees to promote cultural exchange projects with Israel, to establish correspondence programs with DP students in European universities and to draft a constitution for the organization. The parley also decided to conduct a “National Jewish Youth Week” next May.
