Through the agency of Sol Rubin, Judge Advocate of the Jewish War Veterans of America, a conference will be held on May 3 at the Temple Adath Israel, 169th street and Grand Concourse, the Bronx, to plan a central organization for all anti-Nazi activities. Representatives of all major Jewish youth movements will attend, including the junior divisions of the American Jewish Committees, American Jewish Congress, Hadassah, Federation of Jewish Charities, and the United Synagogues of America. The meeting was originally scheduled for April 12.
Among the speakers will be Borough President Lyons of the Bronx, Henry Epstein, Samuel Feller, Maxwell Mangold and Mr. Rubin. This meeting constitutes the first attempt to create a central body for anti-Nazi activities in this country.
