The Voelkischer Beobachter, leading Nazi paper, discussing Nazi party activities, yesterday complained bitterly that it was almost impossible to keep descendants of Jews out of the party.
The Beobachter bemoaned the fact that the old Liberalist state, which had paid no attention to racial purity, had permitted such a mixture of blood that many of those who joined the Nazi ranks, before they came to power and after, did not suspect that they had Jewish blood in their veins.
