ACTIVITIES HINDER AUTHORITIES
Declaring that under the laws of Palestine the arrest of illegal entrants by private persons should not be countenanced, the communique pointed out that such activities are a positive hindrance and embarrassment to the regularly constituted authorities and that, unless discontinued, the persons responsible would be liable to prosecution under the Prevention of Crimes Ordinance.
