A customs clearing agent and two other Jews were arrested and bailed in Haifa Saturday in connection with the customs office seizure of five safes alleged to contain 150 rifles and 50,000 rounds of ammunition. The report that the safes were consigned to the Haifa bank is untrue.
Although the matter is under investigation the Arabs are capitalizing the seizure by memorializing the authorities that they are unsafe and face an alleged Jewish campaign of aggression.
