A Jewish delegation has conferred with Polish Government authorities concerning steps to combat the growing anti-Semitic campaign in Poland, the Lublin radio said today.
It reports that the delegation, consisting of Dr. Emil Sommerstein, president of the Central Committee of the Jews of Poland, his daughter, who is also an official of the committee, and Abraham Berman, a Jewish official of the foreign ministry, met with Minister of Public Information Stefan Matuszewski and urged him to launch an “enlightenment campaign.”
