To the long list of attacks on the Jews in Germany since the Roehm revolt, which included the slaying of nine Jews, the beating up of scores more and the arrests of numerous others, a survey conducted by special investigators of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency today adds cases of at least two more deaths, several more victims of attacks and a number of additional arrests.
It also disclosed that the Berlin state police had promised to protect the lives of the last five Jewish leaders under arrest at Hirschberg, Silesia, and had guaranteed them just treatment.
