The New York Times reported from Berlin today that the Nazi authorities in Poland have issued a decree forbidding Jews to change their residences or cross the border of communities in which they lived without written permission. The Associated Press reported from Berlin that a German court has ruled that landlords have the right to dispossess tenants who regularly receive Jewish friends in their homes.
