Jews in Argentina Criticize Truman’s Vacillating Attitude on Palestine Issue

An emergency meeting here of Jewish organizations, convened by Argentine Zionists, cabled Prime Minister Attlee and President Truman protesting the invasion of Jewish settlemens in Palestine by British troops.

The meeting also criticized the vacillating attitude taken by Truman in regard to the Palestine issue. It decided to send a memorandum to all diplomats here protesting British policy in Palestine.
