JEWS IN CHILE, URUGUAY, BRAZIL BACK ISRAEL IN CRISIS
Jewish communities throughout South America this week adopted resolutions expressing solidarity with Israel and pledging their material and moral support to the Jewish State in the face of the present Arab-Israel tension. Resolutions to this effect have been adopted by Jewish groups in Chile, by the Central Israelite committee in Uruguay at a session held jointly with the Central Zionist Council of Uruguay, and by the Confederation of Jewish Institutions in Brazil.
