The Amsterdam Jewish Community Council has secured the permission of the Nazi authorities to transmit letters from Dutch Jews to their relatives who have been deported to Nazi-held territory for forced labor, it was reported here today. The letters will have to be one-page long, in German, and delivered to the office of the Council which will forward them. No Jew can send more than one letter every three weeks.
