Eban, Israel delegate to the U.N., that a Jewish underground movement would develop in resistance to any United Nations international regime established here.
Meanwhile, Brig. Gen. William E. Riley, U.N. chief of staff in Palestine, was scheduled to fly to Lake Success from here today. His presence is required at U.N. headquarters in connection with the current debate on Jerusalem.
At a reception in his honor in Tel Aviv last night, Israel Premier David Ben Gurion concluded a brief address to the guests with the greeting, “Next year in Jerusalem.” The reception was tendered by the Israel Journalists Association.
