The official Netherlands News Agency today reported that a committee has been formed in the liberated part of Holland to assist Jewish children who escaped the Nazis by educating them in boarding schools.
The “Committee for Assisting Jewish Minors” will also offer the same opportunity to non-Jewish children whose education has been suspended because of the war, the report said. The activity of the committee will be extended as Holland’s liberation proceeds.
