Jews in German prisons are to be supplied with matzoths provided by Jewish communities, an order issued to state attorneys by the Prussian Minister of Justice, Hans Kerrl, states.
The instructions were given out after the Jewish Orthodox Federation of Germany made representations to the ministry. Similar permission to supply Jews in concentration camps has been granted by the secret police.
