Several Jews were slightly injured today in disorders in Shavli after a dispute at a football game between the Jewish Maccabee team and a local Lithuanian team.

An agreement has been concluded between the German and Lithuanian Governments regarding compensation for Jewish merchants who left their property in Memel when the territory was annexed by the Reich. Most of the Jewish merchants and industrialists do not benefit from the agreement since Jews formerly of German nationality are excluded from its terms.
