A group of men and women yesterday announced the formation of the American Committee for Relief of German Children. Major-General Henry T. Allen who was commanding office of the American Forces on the Rhine, is Chairman.
Among the members of the general committee are Bernard M. Baruch, Henry Morgenthau, Paul M. Warburg and fifty others.
