The Volkischer Beobachter, newspaper owned by Adolf Hitler, featured an interview with Sir Oswald Mosley, one-time Socialist and now leader of the British Fascist Black-shirts, in which Mosley is quoted as charging that Jews control the press of England directly and indirectly by advertisements but that one may “rest assured that the English public will be enlightened on its rule by Jews by the black-shirts.”
