A central governing board of all Polish-Jewish communities will be established, it was decided today at a conference here of representatives of Jewish communities in sixteen large cities. A committee was appointed by the conference to draw up statutes for the proposed board. The conference was called by A. Mazur, president of the Warsaw Jewish Community.
