The Jewish community of Philadelphia is well represented on the committee that is arranging the twenty-fifth annual convention of the Religious Education Association to open here on Tuesday.
The association is a non-secretarian organization.
Rabbi Solomon Goldman of Cleveland will deliver one of the principal addresses at the Thursday morning session. His topic will be “Necessary Changes in Scientific and Religious Attitudes and Conceptions.”
Rabbi Max D. Klein, of Congregation Adath Jeshurun, is the local chairman of the committee on education. Other Jewish members on the committee are: Dr. Solomon Solis Cohen, Rabbi William H. Fineschriber, Miss Jeanette M. Goldberg, Dr. Julius H. Greenstone, Joseph H. Hagedorn, Dr. Isaac Husik, Mrs. Isadore Kohn, Rabbi Marvin Nathan, Rabbi Abraham A. Neuman, Mr. Ben Rosen, Dr. I. M. Rubinow, Leopold H. Teller and Rabbi Louis Wolsey.
